Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms 1.1 Deposit: • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill. 1.2 Final Payment: • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. 1.3 Additional Charges: • Any additional services or changes to the menu requested after the initial agreement may incur extra charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. 2. Cancellation Policy 2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation: • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the non-refundable deposit but will not incur additional charges. • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in a charge of 75% of the total quoted price. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total quoted price. 2.2 GGC-Initiated Cancellation: • In the unlikely event that GGC Personal Chef Services must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. 3. Event Changes 3.1 Menu Adjustments: • Any changes to the menu must be communicated and confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Late changes may not be accommodated. 3.2 Guest Count: • Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Significant increases in guest count may incur additional charges. 3.3 Special Requests: • Special dietary requirements or requests should be communicated during the initial consultation or as soon as they arise.
